By purchasing services from Career Advancement Resumes (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Career Advancement Resumes provides professional resume writing, editing, and career-related document services, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profile updates, and career consultations. The scope of work will be discussed during the initial consultation and confirmed prior to drafting. All services are based on the information provided by the Client.

Daily communication is required during the active service period. The Client agrees to maintain daily contact through text message, phone call, or email until the project is completed. Failure to maintain daily communication may result in delays and may extend the project timeline. Delays caused by lack of communication do not pause billing timelines.

All service pricing includes up to one (1) week of active work from the official project start date. The one-week period includes draft creation, revision cycles, and client feedback.

All conversations regarding scope of work, employment history, job duties, achievements, metrics, and related details may be recorded and transcribed for resume development, documentation, and content accuracy purposes. By engaging our services, the Client consents to the recording and transcription of such communications for business and resume creation purposes.

Revisions must fall within the originally agreed-upon scope of work. Major structural changes, new employment additions, significant rewrites, or scope expansions may result in additional fees. The Company reserves the right to determine what constitutes work outside the original scope.

All payments must be made in full prior to the start of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable once drafting has begun. By purchasing services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
